Rooted in the Pacific Northwest
SeaSpores started to make fresh sterile grain spawn easier to get in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. We prepare our grain bags locally so growers can source closer to home and get started sooner.
Our nursery side focuses on specialty plants you won't find at chain garden centers: heritage apple varieties on dwarf rootstock, pre-bonsai and Japanese maple starter stock, Nepenthes tropical pitcher plants, and aquatic plants propagated from our own pond system. We're building a tissue culture lab to enable clean, scalable propagation across all our plant lines. Everything is grown in the Willamette Valley.
